HEARST MANSION

At no.5 is the Hearst Mansion in Beverly Hills. Valued at 130 million euros, it features 29 bedrooms and astonishingly – three swimming pools.
Made famous in the Godfather movie, when a severed horse's head is delivered to the owner's bed, it is the former home of the publishing giant William Randolph Hearst, who was also the inspiration for the main character in “Citizen Kane”. The estate also gained an added helping of allure thanks to John F Kennedy, who stayed in the mansion during his honeymoon.

FAIRFIELD POND

One step higher on the list is the 140 million euros Fairfield Pond in The Hamptons. The largest private, residential compound in the United States, this 63-acre home is the property of publicity shy billionaire Ira Rennert, has 29 bedrooms, 5 sports courts, a bowling alley and a 120000 euros hot tub!!!

In third place you might be surprised to find not a house, but a penthouse. The apartment at One Hyde Park is truly exceptional.
