Made famous in the Godfather movie, when a severed horse's head is
delivered to the owner's bed, it is the former home of the publishing
giant William Randolph Hearst, who was also the inspiration for the main
character in “Citizen Kane”. The estate also gained an added helping of

honeymoon.
